Well-FitWell-Fit Triathlon and Training (Well-Fit) is a full service triathlon coaching company. We are the official training program for your race. Our goal is to deliver to you the most comprehensive training programs you can get.

 
For the 2008 Whirlpool Steelhead 70.3 Triathlon we have a complete training package that includes 3 different training programs and two training rides on the Steelhead race course.
 
     

THE PROGRAMS

Our online training programs are now more comprehensive, easier to use and a successful tool in getting you to your training goals. Powered by WorkoutLog.com, our training programs are still created by our accomplished coach Sharone Aharon and remain exclusively a Well-Fit Triathlon and Training product, only improved. WorkoutLog.com enables athletes to track workouts and analyze progress through detailed stats, weekly and monthly summaries, graphs and powerful reporting tools. It also allows you to create an athlete profile, blog, and connect to a wide athlete community. No matter your race or the distance we have a program to fit your needs.

  • Off Season program – This is a 15-week program to help you gradually rebuild and strengthen your triathlon ability. It a great guide to maintain a moderate level of fitness, with detailed daily workouts of swim bike run and strength training. The schedule is flexible and you can move things around. This program will take you up until the time you need to start focusing on your race.
  • 16 week program - A complete endurance training program that begins four months before race day, those seeking endurance before focusing on race specific training will benefit most from this program. Per week training ranges between nine to sixteen hours, but the program can be easily pared down to accommodate busy schedules, or exhaustion.
  • 10 week program - A program for athletes who seek race specific, “final approach” training. Nine to sixteen hours per week.  Per week training is and by all means customize.

Training Rides:
Well-Fit has scheduled two training rides for 2008. The rides will take place on the race course and will be supported with two moving aide stations as well as tech support. Get ahead of the competition come learn the bike course with us.
