PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING YOUR ENTRY

There is a $25 charge plus the difference in the entry fee for any change to your entry. You must fill out the appropriate Change Request Form (see links below) and submit it to the Registration Coordinator. Please mail your check (made payable to CAPRI Events) along with your Change Request Form to the following address:

All changes and transfers must be submitted by June 1, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Change-to-Entry Form
Use this form if you are changing Age Group categories, e.g., Open to Clydesdale or Division e.g., Age Group to a Relay Team. If you are changing to Relay Competion, you need to include completed race applications for your team mates and the difference in registration prices. [Get Form]

Transfer of Entry Form
Use this form if you are attempting to sell your slot to another athlete. The individual purchasing your slot must submit, and Capri Events must receive the completed application before your transfer will be processed. The transfer of your slot will be at the discretion of the Event, and you will be notified if and when a transfer can occur. [Get Form]

I will be unable to race due to medical problems, can I get a refund?

As is clearly stated in all of our materials, there will be absolutely NO REFUNDS.

If you are unable to compete due to illness and/or injury then you may qualify for a medical rollover to next year’s event. In order to qualify you must submit:

1) A completed Medical Rollover Form - get form by clicking HERE
2) A letter from your doctor

These materials must be mailed in to the Registration Coordinator, c/o CAPRI Events, PO Box 577490, Chicago, IL 60657-7490. All materials must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the race. All transfer requests and inquiries will be handled by the Registration Coordinator. All decisions made by the Registration Coordinator are final. Incomplete requests will not be considered.
