All change requests must be accompanied by payment with the price difference for event category and the $25 change to entry fee.

For example, if you are switching from the Open Age Group ($200) to a Relay Team ($300) then you will need to pay the $100 difference in categories PLUS the $25 change to entry fee.

• Incomplete requests will not be considered.
• If you are switching to a relay team, you will need to include the completed and signed entry forms for the new team members.
• All change requests must be submitted by June 1, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS.
