PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING YOUR ENTRY

There is a $25 charge plus the difference in the entry fee for any change to your entry. You must fill out the appropriate Change Request Form (see links at right) and submit it to the Registration Coordinator. Please mail your check (made payable to CAPRI Events) along with your Change Request Form to the following address:

Change-to-Entry Form
Use this form if you are changing Age Group categories, e.g., Open to Clydesdale or Division e.g., Age Group to a Relay Team. If you are changing to Relay Competion, you need to include completed race applications for your team mates and the difference in registration prices. [Get Form]

Transfer of Entry Form
Use this form if you are attempting to sell your slot to another athlete. The individual purchasing your slot must submit, and Capri Events must receive the completed application before your transfer will be processed. The transfer of your slot will be at the discretion of the Event, and you will be notified if and when a transfer can occur. [Get Form]

All changes and transfers must be submitted by June 1, 2007.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
